Unplug washer

on the bottom of the control panel remove two screws, one on each side.

control panel flips up and over self.

Now on each side under control panel are gold colored clips to remove cabinet from back panel. use a screw driver and release clips,

unplug any wires going to top panel from rear panel that make hold back cabinet,

Cabinet pivots on locator pins on lower front of base. Now with cabinet removed, top can be removed from cabinet shell

After I hit the nailer the pin stays out

There are a couple of things you can try checking. 1st take the top off and check the 3 bolts to see if any of them need to be tightened up. 2nd remove the front plate to see if you may have a staple jammed in there. Here is a schematic link if it helps with the breakdown: http://www.rvevans.com/Technical-Services/Tool-Schematics.aspx just click on the link to find schematics

The agitater has stopped working

Belt needing to be replaced is obvious.

As for a schematic of the motor, I think what you are really needing is a wiring diagram and schematic of the complete washing machine. Most often, there is a paper one glued to the inside of the removable panel on the back of the washing machine. Either there, or inside the control head on the top of the washing machine.

Please include the specific model number in any replies.

Compressor not wired, no schematic or instruction in manual

There is a schematic under the cover of the elecrtrical connection box. Remove the top of the box ( typically one nut on top of the pressure regulator) and look under the cover you removed.

Kenmore Series 80 Dryer. Heats doesn't spin clothing. Imagine its a belt or spin motor. Need a schematic

No need for a schematic, there are two kenmore dryer belts, 'full size' or 'apartment size', if it is a belt you will be able to here the motor racing unloaded, turn heat to cold before testing, dont want to blow a thermal fuse.

Kenmore dryer comes apart from the front,
  • UNPLUG dryer 220V is not fun
  • remove the lint screen
  • remove the screws under the lint screen holding the case top to the screen holder
  • with a putty knife or other blunt blade release the catches at the front corners of the top and raise top
  • remove screws holding front of case on, from inside the dryer
  • remove door switch cables
  • lift front of case off and set aside,
  • can reach motor, belt, felts and rollers.
  • broken belt will be obvious, lying on the floor
If belt is broken, examine rollers and felt bearings for wear, stuck rollers or no felt left, is the most common cause of belts breaking, extra tension is required to spin the drum, If damaged replace them, they are cheap and easy to do, and it woud be no fun if another belt broke quickly

reasemble after repair in reverse order.

Schematics needed

This link shows the blow ups for the different area's of the machine. The schematic would just give you a wiring diagram, but if you need that as well, remove the 2 1/4" screws on the top panel towards the rear. Slide the top panel towards the rear and lift up on it. Once the top is out of the way, you should find a schematic on the right hand side panel. If it is not there (as with some duet models), remove the lower front panel (2 1/4" screws along the bottom of the panel) and the schematics will be attached to the inside of the panel itself.
