I'm so sorry about this but guess what it's an international issue. You're not the only person experiencing this. Yahoo! Mail is currently experiencing technical maintenance which will be over in 24hrs. There is nothing we can do but wait for it to be over. 24hrs is what they ask for the maintenance of their server.

Yahoo has been upgrading the servers as of the moment. There are many issues at this time. Turn around time for the Fix is not yet announced, you can use one of these links to access your mail. Not a guarantee these will work at this time. But you can try.
try accessing it from another machine outside your network. If the error occurs then its a problem with mailbox on the server which can only be fixed by yahoo technicians. as i do not have access to their mailbox server.
