Cartridge Change HP Deskjet 932C

Greetings - I just removed both the color and BW cartridges but only replaced the BW cartridge. I am getting a flashing orange light over the cartridge icon - do I have to replace both color and BW?

Thanks - Lisa

You don't have to replace them as a set unless there both empty. You could try resetting the printer by unplugging it, wait 30 seconds, replug it back in, and turn the power on.

Color cartridge runs out even though I'm only printing b&w typed scripts. Any way to shut it off? Only have use for color printing once in a blue moon Hewlett Packard HP DeskJet Printer #932C

Even though you print a b/w document... unless you say 'black cartridge only' in your printing preferences, all the colors get used.

Find 'black cartridge only' in your printing preferences, or 'print in greyscale' and then print your document. You must specify this for your printer to know that it must use the black only.

We just bought a new color ink cartridge, and the

Pull the cartridge and visually check it for ink in the reservoir. Check the cartridge to make sure that the packing tape has been completely removed from over the sensing chip and the breather hole on top. If they are clear and you still have the problem, the chances are that the ink cartridge is faulty and needs to be replaced. If you can take it back to the vendor, get a replacement.

Hello, My HP 932C has suddenly started printing photos in pink. I have tried cleaning all the cartrdge contacts, reinstalling the software, a new cartridge. No change. Any ideas?

Your cartridge may need to be replaced. If your tri-colour cartridge has run out of yellow and cyan and only has red left this could be the cause.

Hp 932 c prints from the color cartridge only

Was it working and now stopped working ?? If so, could be a faulty black cartridge. Remove the color cartridge and see if the black prints. if a new black cartridge, the strip may need to be removed or remove and reinsert black cartridge.

My printer has an almost full black cartridge but will not print.

Check the ink lines, the printer head might be clogged, If thats not fixing anything then check your printer settings on the computer and remove the color option. Changing it to black and white can somtimes just be from color, not just black.

Hp deskjet 932c does not print cartridge light keeps on blinking

First suggestion is to install a new cartridge. The #45 black and #78 color have a small circuit board that registers with the printer. That circuit board may not be doing its job.
