That error indicates that you need to replace the Engine board. The part number is 11K1416, a service tech would need to replace it due to settings needing to be reset.

error 954 Indicates the NVRAM experienced a CRC failure.

Usual solution is to replace the engine board. (part number 99A1923)

You can change the language on your Lexmark Optra T610 by pressing right arrow Menu button 6 times -> select Printer Language (first option to appear), hit Select -> select preferred language, hit Select button to save.
