Flakes/Particles coming out of the steam nozzle.

hi there,
the small flakes are bits of lime scale from your boiler system, to fix/ reduce flakes/particles complete a de-scale cycle on your machine using de-scaler. water hardness- set on 1 will change the length of time before it will ask you to de-scale the machine. Note- hardness 1 is the max time length. hope this helps

I have a white powdery substance coming out of the steam vents of my Rowenta iron. How do I get rid of this stuff?

The iron has white flakes coming from the steam vents.

The white flakes can be caused by calcium or other minerals in the tap water. To solve this problem, switch to bottled spring water. Once the water is changed it may take several uses before your iron adjusts to the new mixture and the issue is corrected.

Our Whirlpool Refrig GD25DFXFW02 is working fine our problem is the ice maker , the cubes contain white flakes, is there a coating on the ice maker that could be chipping off> We have changed the filter...

The inside coating has come off the inside of the ice maker . The white " flakes " is calcium deposits , sticking to the exposed cast metal , inside the ice maker , and sticking to the cubes , after water freezing in the mold . You need to replace the ice maker .

My ice maker produces ice with white flakes in it, and slowly.

If you also get the flakes with the water from the water dispenser it could be the water chiller reservoir behind the crisper in the fridge. If it's just the ice maker the non stick surface in the ice mold may be coming loose.

My electric reliance water heater is making a constant noise

it might be hard water in the heater. the hard water flakes and when your water heater turns on it creates some movement in those hard water flakes and makes a popping and hissing noise then when it comes to temperature it should stop. the temperature and pressure relief valve shouldn't make this noise. but if you stick your finger in the pipe and it is wet then you might have problems some where else. let me know if it is

Stuff coming out of AC vents

Thats normal for an older car..
It is debris & foam insalation that is around the ducking..
Worse thing that might happen from that is you loose a little insalation,, and make a clean car a little messy..
