KX-TG1100BX problem #1 Its been working fine for a year - but recently the handset is showing no signal every now and then. Since it does work sometimes, I'm unable to narrow down on to what's the problem and how to resolve it. #2 Also the user manual that I have is in Arabic. Can you pls help me with a site where I can download the manual in 'English'?

I have the kx-tg 4500 4 line base unit phone. Line one flashes but does not ring or display caller. The other lines work fine. The handsets show no activity ie they don't even flash if a call comes in on...

I had the same problem once, turned off the base unit from power cord and the phone line and all connected handset units, then turned it back on & it worked.

Semi Dead Panasonic KX-TGA100N with ''C533'' displayed.

Panasonic KX-TG1050N Cordless Phone. Base handset (No. 1, KX-TGA100N) does not work, no keypad response or dial tone. Green indicator message light ON (should only work with the TG1000N base unit) all the time till battery runs down. Display shows message ?C533?. Can still send and receive calls on extension phones 2 and 3.

Kx-tg1100

On your handset go to "SETTINGS HS" -> "REGISTRATION" -> "CANCEL BS"
This will discard the registration of the handset to any base.

Then go to "SETTINGS HS" -> "REGISTRATION" -> "REGISTER HS"and select the base you want (i.e. BASE 1, BASE 2, ..., BASE n).

After you finish all the above, hold down the "PAGE" button for about 5 secs.

You are now done!!!

Good luck

Panasonic KX-TG6051M 5.8 GHz -Caller ID view problem

I have a panasonic KX-TG6051CM 5.8 phone with 3 handsets. After less than a year 2 of the 3 handsets developed the same problem, almost in the same time ( a couples of hours apart). The battery indicator shows low battery and is charging continuously even though the battery is fully charged ( when i swap the battery with my 3rd handset, the battery indicator shows fully charged and works fine ). The handsets were never dropped, never used in a moisture ladden environment ( like bathroom ) and when not in use they were kept in the charger. Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated.

DeRegistering a Damaged Cordless Phone???!!!!

I have a Panasonic KX-TG6700 base unit and KX-TGA670B handsets. We had a similar problem where we were no longer able to deregister the handset using the handset itself. We wanted to be able to use that slot that the broken phone was still occupyng. The solution that we found in the manual online was to hold down the intercom button for 3 seconds until the "in use" light turned on. Then press and hold the number of the extension you want to deregister until it beeps. At this point the base unit has freed that extension.
