How do you record a new message on the kxdt333 phone

I'm not familiar with this phone, but here is a downloadable manual for this phone. Hopefully you can find the answer it it.

to record greeting message on your pbx, you need to have COS64
assigned to your ext. then press *36 1 501 to record greeting

Sounds like a hot dial is set Press *790 then lift the receiver IMPORTANT do no lift the receiver first

When your system was installed, you probably should have been paying attention or asking the installer some questions. Each system is different, but the recordings are controlled from mailbox 998, the message manager's mailbox. The newer Panasonic VM systems assign custom greetings sequentially and usually we put company greetings in the first 3 or 4 slots. They're fairly easy to find and administer if you have a password and some time.

Hello,

Dial your extension. Wait for the greeting to say that you are at your voice mailbox. This is also the "Quick Voice Mail Tutorial Set Up."

Follow the instructions provided in the tutorial. You will be asked to enter your name (or company name), password and greeting. Write down the password and keep it in a safe place.
Record other greetings, if needed. After the tutorial, you have an option to add different messages for different situations. Press "311" to change your general greeting. Use "312" to record a message for when the line is busy. Dial "315" to record a temporary greeting for when you are away for an extended period of time, such as vacation.

In a Panasonic TVA voice mail system, there are 100+32 different boxes that you can record into. We supply the map and directions at installation. Try contacting whoever put the system in, or look around for some paperwork and software to access the VM.

Unlike the old TVS systems, where we put the Day, Night, and Holiday greetings in specific boxes, the TVA has that visual **** and you don't get the opportunity to lock the greetings into specific boxes. Now, it's just sort of numeric.
