I can't access my mail from my mobile. Nokia E63. I deleted it from my mobile and now when I try to load it again I get an error message that say "Unable to connect with the information provided. Please try again." and my email details are correct that I entered. you may contact me at the following email. [email protected]

I think you have to take a look to the Nokia E63 manual that you can find following the link.

Simply delete the email account:

Menu > Communication > Messaging

Press 'Options' key

Settings

Scroll to 'Email'

Select account you want to remove

Press 'Options' key

Select 'Delete'

with my experience this problem caused by system error, you must return your phone to factory setting, press *#7370# and insert 12345 as phone code, but before you do this back up your phone with PC suite to computer, because your phone will formated and your all data will lost, after formated connect your phone to computer then restore your back up data at computer to phone, your data will back again

The error message is usually associated with an overload of messages in your inbox.

I want you to try this for me;

Go and delete as many unwanted emails as you can from your inbox and do some early Spring cleaning in your account.

Try logging on again;

Your Yahoo mobile should work itself out without the error message again.

I woud clean up your mobile phone by:

• Copying your photos on your handset to your PC/Laptop and deleting most of the photos as they can take up a large amount of memory.
• There are physical available memory limits to the total number of SMS/Messages in your Inbox/Outbox/Sent/Other folders: delete old SMS/messages.
• There are physical available memory limits in the total number of contacts: delete all redundant directories entries.

You can also try using a bigger microSD card to alleviate your memory limitation.

it is a viruse problem

go to memu---then settings----restore fact sett---restore all
& then a window will apperar that would you like to restore [press ok]
then another window will appear there you type your password
then it must be done

JUST GO TO SETTINGS-MESSAGE SETTINGS-MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER AND CHANGE THE MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER....TO GET THE MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER,PLZ RING FROM THAT SIM CARD TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND ASK THEM THE MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT NUMBER,DELETE THE OLD MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER AND TYPE THE NUMBER GIVEN FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND SAVE IT.SWITCH OFF AND ONN YOUR MOBILE..

NOW YOU CAN SEND MESSAGES FROM YOUR MOBILE.........

The phone's memory is full, which causes the error message and lock ups. This error prevents you from freeing up memory by deleting messages.

Try the following (taken from the Nokia support forum): http://discussions.nokia.co.uk/discussions/board/message?board.id=hardware&thread.id=7775

1. Delete unused names/numbers from the address book to free up memory. (Perhaps write down the ones you want to keep for later re-entry)
2. Once a critical threshold is reached the msg inbox indicator will blink on
3. Enter inbox and DELETE as many messages as you can before phone freezes up again
4. If phone freezes or you get the error message again, restart and keep deleting from the phone book until it allows you hassle-free msg inbox access as per normal (but don't forget to continue deleting thos messages).

e71 and e63 are almost similar, try this step you might able to do it. go to menu find settings go to settings in the settings you can find the option factory default/factory restore/default something like this when you click on it it will ask you for the password try 0000 if not then try 12345 and click yes.. wait few min.. here we go noe your phone is as new as it was.. but dont forget to copy all your contacts in the sim card.
