I did a quick search, and unfortunately, your only realistic options are to either fabricate yourself one, or try to get one via the manufacturer.

You may have a clog in one of the hoses. Otherwise pump may be clogged. Or faulty heater. Is it hot?

Steamer tubes can get plugged up with dried milk and/or calified water deposits in the tube.
With the machine unplugged, turn the tube up to check it, Clean it with a small guage wire.
Soak it in a small cup of vinegar, if needed.
Further cleaning, you can add a bit of vinegar to the water and steam it thru...

Check the end/nozzle of the steam wand, if you open the wand and while getting nothing it is hot, then the nozzle is blocked use a paperclip to clear the hole at the end of tip. If you have done this already and still no steam then it is clogged where the steam valve connects to the boiler.

For the grouphead check the basket there might be a slight bump around the edge that is preventing it from making a good seal when it contacts the gasket in the head. If the Double works fine then the gasket is not the problem.
For the steam wand try flushing wand for 3 seconds just before steaming, if that does not help with the watery milk, then the boiler is not getting hot enough to produce steam.

Hi again, I looked at some other posts on this site and tried soaking the steam wand in a cup of boiling water with a cap of vinegar in it.   I left it about 20 minutes and it worked very well.   My problem was just that the wand was blocked with dried milk on the inside.  I'll make sure to run water through after steaming milk in future ..... 

Something is stuck inside the wand. Get a small pice of wire or small paperclip and inset and try to clear the blockage
