Dear Sir: This is probably a 1) faulty speed sensor or 2)the speed sensor is not
plugged in properly. Its also possibly a 3) faulty motor control board or
lower board 4) Main motor faulty. . The error codes will differ between makes and models but
could be e1.You must test
see my personal TIPS for diagnose and troubleshooting.
See if you can run the software calibration for diagnose and trouble.
Same problem as yours. The GE repair man is at our house right now for this problem. It's the motor, and the "special motor and clutch package" has to be specially ordered.
the window switches in the door can offten go bad just from sticky fingers. some times the are known to just stop working all of a sudden. it is also posible that the motor has gone bad, or more likely a bad conection at the motor or switch. the door switches on the mustangs are not the most sturdy switches. the tend to break loose and move around. u can test the motor by simply runing 12volts the the terminals on it. depending on witch terminal has power and witch has ground determins if the windo goes up or down. also check with volt meter or test light that there is power to the switch, just turn the key on and ground the test light and plug in the terminal that goes to that switch.
IF your hearig a click when you push the start button then the button and relay are good check the saftey switch on the door to see if it has come loose and follen down or moved back if the switch is not pressed the motor will not work also I have seen the switches go bad you need to unplug the dryer and cross the too wires togeather plug the dryer back in and press the start button if she starts order a new swith. The motor could also be bad you nees to remove the back cover and check to see when the button is pressed if you are getting the correct voltage you will need a volt meter to check this they cost around 10- 20 bucks if you have correct voltage from the wires and the conections to the motor are ok the motor is no good and needs to be replaced hope this helps...
Most trolling motors have in-line breakers, I would start there & see if one went bad, then check the wiring under the foot pedal for broken or corroded contacts, then you will have to trace wires & make sure everything is in order starting at the trolling motor plug.
Had nothing to do with the reinstall of XP. Just put in new batteries. Guess it was just a coincidence that the batteries went dead (low) at the time I redid XP.
Bad blower motor resistor.Remove plug & look to see if the plug is burnt/melted on any contacts. Also check the pigtail that plugs into blower motor.I only had to replace my resistor.
