As he formated the hardrive i am guessing he has not installed all the proper drivers for you machine.
See if you can find the installations CD/DVDs when you got the computer.
Usally the drivers for the soundcard are located on the same CD as the motherboard drivers.
That is ofcourse if you have not bought a separate soundcard.

Get rid of virisus

Hi,

You can try to run a full virus scan in Safe Mode. To access it, you will either press F8, or Del (depends on what key was designed on your computer to access the Advanced Boot Options), after getting the Advanced Boot Options, select Safe Mode an press Enter key.

If your antivirus software cannot detect any virus, it was either not updated or was disabled by the virus. You need to contact your antivirus company to get help with manual virus deletion.

However, if you don't have any antivirus installed I suggest to just wipe everything off from the harddrive and start from factory settings.

Hope this helps.

I will try and make this as short as possible and hope you understand what I am asking. I just got an Ipod Classic last month and signed up with Itunes and then downloaded about 1300 songs from my cd...

You can't "backwards sync" (put music from your iPod back onto your computer) through iTunes. When you went to sync after you got your fixed computer back, I'm assuming iTunes tried to copy what was in iTunes (nothing) to your iPod, which probably is what caused these problems.

Assuming you still have the music on your iPod, I would recommend transferring the music from your iPod back to your computer (to a folder other than iTunes), restoring your iPod to factory settings, then moving all of the music files into iTunes and re-syncing your iPod.

There are two programs that are available to transfer songs from your iPod back onto your computer. The first is iDump and the second is YamiPod. I have found that iDump is the better of the two.
The link for iDump is:

Hope this helps!

Disabling auto music everytime i log onto internet

This can be a possible virus/malware which gets activated when you starts internet. Try to install a good Anti-virus with malware protection and run a scan. This will help you getting rid of the annoying music.

Anti virus 2009

This is known as a non intrusive advertisement trojan, and it's near impossible to get rid of. The reason is that when this invades your machine it places several inactive copies of itself throughout the computer. When you stop one, the others are basically notified, and one or two more will open and leave several more, but not all of them will open. After a couple of months the number is exponential. Most anti viruses won't find them because they are non intrusive, laying dormant, or are in files that aren't scanned on a regular basis, ie... picture files, screen savers, music, etc... The only sure way that I've found to get rid of them is to completely wipe the hard drive, reformat, and reinstall the operating system.

I have doctor antivirus pop ups

Unfortunately, the only way I've found to be completely rid a machine of this is to wipe the hard drive and reload the operating system. This is an advertisement virus and this particular bug leaves several sleepers that lie inactive making it near impossible for any antivirus to find them. Once you get rid of the active virus, one or two, but not all of the sleepers will activate leaving several more hidden and inactive, and what makes it even harder to "get rid of" is that it hides the sleepers in file that your antivirus normally doesn't check on a regular basis, ie... picture files, music, screen savers, etc.. It will also hide them in registry files, so doing a system repair won't work either.

The pop up is saying that I have errors or viruses in my computer and it stops me from downloading i-tunes and I cannot copy music form i-tunes to my cds

Hi,

Download and install AVAST antivirus. Let it update and then let it perform a full scan on your computer to get rid of any viruses.
