Have an IBM ThinkPad that has a cdrw/dvd drive. When I use the cdrw/dvd drive for dvds, I get a "0 not found" error message. The dvd does start to run on windows media player (and Interactual DVD player when I try it), but the error message pops up and stops the player. The movie is still showing behind the message box and will resume when I click on the OK in the message box, but just seconds later the error message comes back and stops the movie again. As long as the OK is clicked the movie will play and sound is present.
I can use the cd player without any error messages, but the dvd player always brings up the error message.
Any ideas as to what is going on ????
Thanks,

I have a Thinkpad T61P running Vista Ultimate x64 with a DVD/RW, and have the exact same problem. Error, "0 not found". The bundled WindDVD software as well as Windows Media Player give the same results. However, when I reboot into Ubuntu, no problem. DVD's play just fine. So it *cannot* be a hardware problem. It must be either Windows, drivers, or the codec, or some combination of any.
I am also having a same problem. When I try to play a video on my IBM Thinkpad T43 I get the error message 0 Not Found.
