  • You can simply go to support.dell.com and select the model of your laptop to get the manual so you can easily take the keyboard apart and to put it back in successfully
  • You can also type in the service tag of your DELL computer so can easily navigate to the manual section for your computer

Hey i have a dell studio 1737 and one of my soft touch keys is lighting up and it will not pay any of my music in my media player

On my Studio 17 I know there's a bug where the Volume Up/Down/Mute soft touch buttons would flash, and my speakers would not work while it was flashing. A simple reboot usually fixed the problem. Try that and see if it will make noise after a reboot.

My dell studio can not charge.

Make sure the battery is well seated in the laptop. If that doesn't work, the battery may be going bad and you will need a replacement. I've had to replace my Dell's battery twice since I got it about 4 years ago.

My Dell Studio 17 just randomly shuts down.

have a look to see if there is much dust around the fan and if so this will need to be cleaned out. if there is dust then your dell is shutting down because it is getting to hot.
