Biggest loser won't let me get my next day workout.

Did you ever get a response from this or find the software ANYWHERE?

My scale is doing the same thing and I can't find anything on how to fix it what a waste of money did you ever get this resolved?

I haven't played the game, but you should check out the owners manual. It would probably stand there.

When it asks you to continue, It is either the A button, or the Start button, if neither, you should be able to continue somehow by using Kinect.

Friends, I have discovered how to get over our collective disappointment!
Follow these steps.
1. Sign in as you would normally (it will say "welcome back") 2. Go to Profile and Settings (its a silhouette of a person) 3. Go to Edit my settings (the gears on the end) 4. Select Health and Lifestyle Tasks 5. Switch ALL OFF!!!!!!
6. Congrats. Now get back to your goal and become the Biggest loser..

I had this same problem this morning...did you ever get it figured out?

you have to be connected to xbox live.

I am very well under the maximum weight and I keep getting the Err message. Just not a quality sale.
