Hi
Error F20 means Water Inlet Problem-no water or insufficient water supply.
This issue can appear due to faulty inlet valves or due to blocked inlet hoses. Also check the filter screen at inlet valve, clean them if they are dirty.
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug the washer or disconnect the power. Now check whether water faucets completely turned on?
Make sure that the water inlet hoses are not frozen. If above things seems to be fine then you would need to replace the water inlet/fill valve.
Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.
Daniel

Kenmore upright freezer. The alarm keeps going off?

The light may be staying on and creating heat, or the unit thinks the door is still open.

Or the door seal is worn and is letting cold out.

Or

It needs gas.

Have you put a thermometer inside to check the temperature? It should be 0'F +/- 2'.

F-20 is flashing on our HE plus 2 front loader washing machine

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Whirlpool (Kenmore) 'F16, 18, 20, 21 and 22' all refer to 'control unit failure I'm afraid ;-0(
Sounds like a service call is required, sorry.

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Error Code F-20

I have same machine and manual says, "F20" on display (water inlet problem - no water or insufficient water supply). Select STOP twice to cancel the cycle. Unplug washer or disconnect power. Check the following. Are water faucets completely turned on? Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer clogged? Are water inlet hoses kinked? Are water inlet hoses frozen? Plug in washer or reconnect power. Re select cycle and press START. if the problem remains, call for service.

Screen (f-28) and keep flashing

call for service this is a covered repair. you have something wrong with your motor or a loose connection somewhere. You say this is brand new if it is less than one year it should be 100 percent covered

Kenmore Elite HE 5t

Low or no water supply, hot or cold side or water pressure switch not switching over to indicate fully filled though if this happens drain motor will continue to run continuously while f-20 flashes
