That model isn't familiar to me, but try default login ID "admin" and Password "setup". If that doesn't work, the following procedure might allow you to log on and delete the config. That will delete everything, though, so make sure you read out all the configuration info before you reset.
You can also reset those routers by deleting the config file like this:
Verizon has a habit of issuing silly passwords for routers. Have you tried: Username: Admin (Also try Administrator)
Password: password
