Im sorry to tell you this mate but the driver needed is not supported by windows 7 its just one of those glitches that new OS's have give it time the driver will come out

Probably you will have to upgrade your drivers, specially power management.

Your Lcd is failing and you will need to replace it

Try this first. Start your Laptop in Safe Mode. Are you still having the problem. If you are try reinstalling your graphic card drivers..the color bleeds are mainly due to improper installing of graphic drivers...the blue screens are usually due to memory dumps(RAM problems)...
