My sound system has a separate remote from the TV. When I turned off the power to the TV, I turned off the power to the sound system. I may have hit another button when I hit the power button, but I'm not sure. When I turned the sound system and TV on again, I get absolutely no sound at all. The sound system is set on CBL/SAT like it's supposed to be, but there's no sound. I don't know what to do to fix it. Please help!

My new Vizion tv has a vizion sound bar, the sound comes out with an echo, how do I correct?

Your TV speakers should be turned all the way down or off when you use a separate sound system such as a soundbar. Using them with the soundbar may cause echoes and the TV speakers do nothing to improve the sound.

Look at your TV's audio menu. If you can, turn the TV speakers off completely at the menu. Also see if you can set the analog audio output to "variable." This will allow you to control the soundbar's volume with the TV remote.

So to clarify, the T.V. turns on but the system doesn't turn on with it? Most external sound systems have their own and separate power supply. You will need to turn it on as well as the T.V.,

I have a logitech remote for my tv, just bought a wii game. Do i need to program it into my remote as i cannot get the wii to work?

Because the Wii does not have IR receivers, it is not directly compatible with the Harmony remotes. However, you can still create a "Play Wii" activity that will turn on your other devices that are needed for the activity and set them to the correct inputs. So, for example, you would still need to turn the Wii on manually, but you the "Play Wii" activity would turn the TV on, set the correct input for the Wii and activate your sound system (if separate from the TV). Hope this helps!
