Answer above was correct, but Belkin screwed up the US website so the links don't work. Try this instead:

Either way, you need to buy a new capture device as that one was designed for Windows 2000 and does not have a 64 bit driver.

You need 'Windows Movie Maker' or 'VideoWave' to capture and edit video.

Your VHS recorder has a Coaxe output! So does your card the sound will be replicated there as well, now it would not hurt to get a capture card that has those plugs as you rendering would be much more prestine. Pluag you VHS into the coaxe input on your card set the channel to 3 and you got it bud!!!

0.008 seconds - no capture, no preview.

Going to the Pinnacle support part of their website in downloads and downloading the latest drivers for the relevant model number worked for me.
