An error occured we cannot print a document which the orange light was blink semoustanousely

Damage canon printers, can be identified from the number of lights blinking in orange. So, you calculate, how many times the orange light is blinking. Example E2, E3, E4, E5, E8, E9, E13, E14, E15, etc.

Ploblem

the error code you are refering to is not an inverted 83 is in actuality an E803 flashed by an E8 followed by an 03.Basically your 24V dc is either being shorted somwhere internally or the DC controller or composite PCB needs to be replaced in either case the cost associated with replacing either curcuit board would far exceed the value of the copier.
