Hello there,

This is called a false paper jam. normally, a reset is required for this.

Hold the power button for 30 seconds and this should prompt a shut down.

next, make sure that the rollers are clean inside. use a lint free sloth and some distilled water. Dampen the cloth (Q-tips works fine too, please do not use cotton) and rub the rollers.

Then as it dires up. turn the printer on and do a test page.

based on my experience my printer show general error every time I print when the printer is about to load paper.. so i check out the loading and found out that part of it was damage and fall off, i don't know what to call it, but it looks like a hook of some sort.. maybe for triggering the loading mechanism that's why my printer give me error everytime it's about to load paper.

So, my advice is to look inside your printer and see if there are foreign object or fallen parts.

Probably the waste ink tank is full.Try to do this:
First of all download http://www.mediafire.com/?hzxbdhkzxv9.Extract to your C drive. Run indoreset.bat, then follow the instructions.
After that right click AdjProg and select properties. Go to compatibility and select Windows XP.
Click OK at the bottom then right Click AdjProg and select run as administrator (if you have this
option). When working accept the agreement and go to
1. Particular adjustment mode,
2. Then waste ink pad counter,
3. Click Check
4. Tick both boxes.
5. Then initialization.
6. Then it's done.
