I just bought a new Syma S006 Alloy Shark RC helicopter. I fully charged the battery to the helicopter and placed new batteries into the controller. When I turned both on, nothing happened. The lights in the canopy of the helicopter blinked colors, but that was it. The light on the controller was solid. I tried some restart techniques, but those didn't work either. Help?

Your should exchange the product at the store you bought it from for another one. the problem lies inside the syma. it must have been a defect that the company did not notice.
