SOURCE: I have a water buildup
The water should drain underneath and be evaporated by the compressor heat. Sounds like the drain is plugged. There should be a drain hole in the bottom you may have to pull out a plug like thing. Flush out the hole with hot water using a turkey baster. Pour a mild bleach solution down to kill the remaining mold. Empty the drain pan underneath.

That is most likely the defrost condensate pan inside the freezer has frozen over and closed the drain opening. Once that happens then the water has no where to go but the freezer or the fresh food compartment. Below is a link to different ways of this happening. Just choose the section that resembles your refrigerators problem. The water freezing over does not always need to go to the extreme measure to prevent it. It's possibly something blocking the line between the freezer and the pan under the refrigerator. Let me know what you find, Thanks, Sea Breeze

HOW TO FIX A LEAKING REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER
SOURCE: Freezer door is leaking water at the bottom of the door
This sounds like the defrost drain on the freezer side is stopped up causing the drain to freeze over then eventually running out on the floor during the defrost cycle.
If you can see ice on the bottom of the freezer floor, then this is likely your problem unless your ice maker is leaking from the top of the freezer.
Locate the drain at the back of the freezer and thaw it out using hot water. Using a screw driver or other object gently push down into the defrost hole and dislodge whatever is stuck there.
An air hose with good air pressure may also work well. When the drain line is clear you should be able to pour water through it freely.
SOURCE: Water is leaking onto the floor. There is ice
You have an auto defrost drain problem.Look carefully in the freezer in the very back and bottom and that is where the ice is plugging up the line. You may also be able to get at the problem from the rear of the refrig.Hope this helps.
