3. Create an account or log in.

7. Follow the provided instructions to reset your password.

This is the manual for your XHD Series Night Owl. On page 29, "7.1.4-Password Creation", it walks you through setting up admin password and what to do if you forgot your admin password.

If you haven't figured it out yet try username admin and "password" for the password. I have the 16 channel myself.

Open up the password browser and enter...519070 that's the Default. I have years of experience with the night-owl system.
