Neff pyrolytic Oven B4652

My suggestion is NEVER EVER use the self cleaning feature. We see questions like yours at least 4 times a week. Locked doors, burned out elements, burnt out fans and even frazzled control boards. The temperature is just too hostile.

The oven is cleaned by heat, at temperatures above normal cooking temperatures. During the cleaning cycle the oven is heated to about 880 degrees Fahrenheit (471° C.). At this temperature, food soils inside the oven decompose, leaving behind a small amount of ash.

There are a few ideas here

What are Self-contained racks with cooling?

it looks to me like a wire rack sitting above a solid oven rack that allows things like baked biscuits to cool in the oven with air flow under them when you turn off oven heat and slightly open oven door when letting food cool in the oven .

Had 3rd panel installed march 2014-jtp70 30 inches. now nothing is working-only the light and clock are functioning

I never really fixed the problem, but have avoided it most of the time. Tell me if I'm wrong, but when you open the door to pull out your food after cooking, the steam from the food comes up and fries the control panel, right? To temporarily fix (reset), we just flipped the circuit breaker on and off. To avoid it after that, we would hold a cookie sheet at the top of the oven door, blocking the control panel when we opened the door after the food had cooked. This keeps the steam from blasting the control panel and locking it. Instead, the steam goes into the room.

Pretty ridiculous to have to do that, isn't it? :-( I think we're reaping what we so when we outsource our manufacturing to China...

you may find there is some insulating material missing internally as I would imagine steam affecting the front of the control panel

How to remove the control panel on Whirlpool double oven Model RBD305PDS14

Remove the doors by turning toward you a little toggle apparatus located on each hinge. Locate a small screw on the lower inside edge of the left and right hand trim and then slide off the trim. Remove the lower trim then raise the upper trip and put the left end of the panel inside the top opening. This allows you access to the control panel. Test both the keypad part #8300440 and the control panel part #830219 to see which one needs to be replaced. Order the replacement part, plug it in, reverse the precess above and it should work like new..
