Error "System status failed" (3807)

How do I resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807)?

To resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807):
Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary

If the error continues:
Open the printer access door.
Remove and install the printhead two times.
Close the printer access door.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error is resolved, upgrade your printer's firmware.

If the error is not resolved, contact kodak.

SOURCE: printhead system error code 3807

Your printerhead is loose or has gone corrupt. Try reseating it and calibarate the printer. If does not resolve you issue, your printhead needs replacing.

NOTE: If printhead already replace, you need a replacement printer.

uninstall the firmware for the printer and then uninstall the drivers and then ran atf cleaner and then create a new user and then install it will work fine without any error

If this error is from your printer itself, This error code means that you need to replace the Printhead. Call Kodak so that they can process a replacement for you 1800 421 6699

To resolve the error condition:
  1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
  2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.

  4. Wait until the printer is ready to use.
If the error condition continues:
  1. Remove and install the Printhead two times before closing the Printer Access Door.
  2. Wait until the printer is ready to use.

If the error is not resolved, contact Kodak.
