I recently changed the batteries in my keyless remote. Now it is not working. How do I re-program the remote?

take your remote to a dealer and have them test it. the car's receiver is set to match the remote, not vice versa. often corroded and dirty switch contacts inside the remote keep it from functioning, even with new batteries. you may need a replacement remote, the are about 10 bucks used on eBay.
