Hi, I changed my software ( Sony Vaio VPCEB1ZOE ) from Windows 7 home edition to Windows 7 ultimate I install all the drivers but I can't open any vidio on any program I don't know why. one more things there are the shortcut keys with the (FN) one also i couldn't find it on the net Thanks in advanced for any help

Did you try with km player or VLC players
if you dont have these players dowload this from internet and these are available for windows 7 versions as well

What exactly happens when you open a video file?

You need to download theFlash player and shock wave player for Online videos to play.

Try windows update again - should find the update for your video/graphics card. If not go to Sony support website for your particular computer and see if they have an update for Win7 graphics controller or video card.
