My Mezzo WM3011 washing machine whilst on a 35 minute wash cycle stops at 33 minutes and does not countdown? Now and again when I start a 35 min wash cycle the drum inside will turn but the water will not activate and run into the machine? Now and again it will start beeping and an error message will display on the machine, can you help me with these problems?
Go straight to Pre-wash, let the wash cycle go to about 30-35 munutes, if the error buzzer comes on don't worry, press pause and then pause again, cycle will carry on and when you are ready, press pause and turn your dial to 10min/spin and it will drain and spin your washing.Go straight to Pre-wash, let the wash cycle go to about 30-35 munutes, if the error buzzer comes on don't worry, press pause and then pause again, cycle will carry on and when you are ready, press pause and turn your dial to 10min/spin and it will drain and spin your washing.

Maytag Neptune washer motor/motor control circuit board ... my board just fried - is your washer still working? wondering how longthe conversion fix will last. ... Other times it will run a completecycle without any malfunctions.
Don"t worry too much about the error code, press pause, and then press pause again, the cycle should continue. If the counter does not countdown, ideally,as long as your washing is in the machine for 30-35 mins that should be ample time, then press pause and put your dial on the final cycle from rinse to spin, if this does not work, try picking a longer wash cycle, leave for 30-35 mins, then press pause and fast-track to your final stage of rinse to spin, Good Luck!
Sorry but I do not know your particular machine BUT I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters. The motor is unable to drain all of the water in the allotted time.
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and held in by a round cover/knob.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!
Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

I'm and owner and will try to help. Are you handy and do you want to try a DIY fix? From the wash times is sounds like the washer is agitating the wash load (tumblers are rotating the wash basket load) is that correct? If so see if the machine will complete a Spin Only cycle with no clothes in the wash basket. Set the Spinsetting to Spin/Hang dry seting and start the cycle. It should take about 10 min complete.Does the Spin Only cycle complete with no clothes in the wash basket? Some handy links if you are going to DIY.........Service Manual for reference.
