System restore or a complete system recovery. Restore resets most program errors. Recovery wipes out everything you have to factory reset. Let me know which one and your model and make please.

If it is the factory system that needs to be reset, unfortunately you will need a Ford IDS, which most large shops have or your local Ford dealer. If it is the aftermarket alarm system that needs resetting, then you need and authorized dealer of that alarm system.

How to reset the tpsm light on dash. just replace set of four tires. and light came on since.

Some tpsm systems will reset themselves if you drive them for a short distance. Other systems need to have a scanner to reset them. Check your owners manual to find out which system will reset your vehicle.

What type of reset do you want to do? For a simple system reset you would take a paperclip or similar and push in the small recessed button that should be just to the left of the SD memory card slot.
You can also perform a system reset to delete all personal info etc in the unit menu under system options.
If you need a reset because your unit is just not working anymore that can be done too, more entailed, but do-able. Let me know if that is what you need to do.

What is the brand name and model name of your system?? Most HT systems do have a "RESET" button. For example on most Samsung systems you would hold down the "STOP" button on the DVD player for 5 seconds while the system is in the OFF position. The system will reset itself back to factory settings.
