When I have had trouble with vibration from mower deck I has been cutting blade issues like something wrapped around blade, broke or worn out blades.

The spark plug gap must be 0.025". This is given in the manual on page 18.

It's trying to make you crazy.
I have a model YT4000 and it is a PITA to start when cold.
I pull the air filter, toss in a bit of gas to prime it, and it starts instantly.

I'd suggest that you give yours another try. 3 or 4 times of a couple of seconds each. If it doesn't go, pull a spark plug and see if it is wet or dry. Wet indicates getting gas but no spark. Dry indicates not getting gas.
While you have the plug out, check the spark... Hot & blue.
Hope this gives you some more to work with.

Charge battery to 12.8 volts or higher. 13.2 best. Below 12.8 volts replace battery. USE FRESH GAS ONLY. Always use Stabile in gas. Ensure oil is full. 30w. Clean or replace air filter.

Sounds like its not getting enough fuel. clean the fuel system and the carby. The valve clearances also need to be checked.

Take spark plug out ,put sparkplug wire on plug and let it lay against block. Watch to see if plug fires. If not change coil. Hope this helps.
