1. Press the FLASH/program button until 1ENG 2FRA 3ESP shows in the display. 2. Newer phones don't have the battery problems of old. Just to be safe I would leave the phone off the charger after the first call. Put it on the charger when you go to bed.
To go back to English you press and hold the Skip button.
