According to your description here, I understand that your RCA TV will only respond to 4 digit set up codes. If so, try the codes for your RCA brand, by avoiding the first 'Zero' of the five digit code. For example, it the code is, say '08765'. it is actually a 5 digit code. Sometimes it's the last three(or four) digits in the tv's serial number.

Your Orion TV code is 0121,or 0135,or 0035. Your Orion code for DVD is 0394. Your Orion code for VCR is, 0256,or 0310. hope this was helpful
