The remote code for the TV depends on your remote and not on the TV. Codes are set by the remote's manufacturer. If you've lost the code list that came with your remote, you can usually find the information at the remote manufacturer's website.

Lost my one for all remote urc 11-7140 R01 manual, don't know how to program it. Help me please.

Programming procedure is too much to type in. If you wish to get more details, check this site. Pull up previous posts there. Setup code list and setup proceedings to many popular brand remote controls are given. Three digit, four digit, five digits and two-digit code list are there. Check the site with patience. Surely you'll get a solution to your problem. Search the site by 'Timeslide' option. It will make search easy. Or, type in the brand name to your device into its search box, and press "Enter"

Can't program universal remote for rled3218

According to your description here, I understand that your RCA TV will only respond to 4 digit set up codes. If so, try the codes for your RCA brand, by avoiding the first 'Zero' of the five digit code. For example, it the code is, say '08765'. it is actually a 5 digit code. To make it four digit, just cut off the first 'Zero'. the the code will change to '8765' and is a four digit code. Four digit universal remote codes to check with RCA TVs are
