If you forgot the security password, then you need to master reset the phone. I recommend you to contact your service provider to get the master reset code.
Your cellular south phone is probably a CDMAphone. T-Mobile is GSM and can not be reset like that. As far as I know, you need special software to read the security code or to reset it. Hopefully a repair shop can help you with this

take the phone to shop to unlock it ...
check your IMEI number by *#06# before taking to shop ....
press frm joystick write side once then press*then 2times joystik left side then *then again frm write sidepress once u will go into service menu then u can see ur passward. no need of smcard when u do this.reply me
Type any random code for 5 times atleast. The security will get blocked and it will ask you for a puk code. Then u call your service provider from different handset for puk code and after applying that all paswords will be reset.ur problem wll be solved.
