This is a link to download firmwares (version 1.13, 1.16, and 1.18_fix) and download software to update firmware files to printer: http://dox.abv.bg/files/listtree

MOST IMPORTANT:
1. Push 8 times button MENU then OK to print a report and view your version of firmware
2. REPLACE FIRMWARE VERSION 1.13 ONLY WITH 1.13_fix
3. REPLACE FIRMWARE VERSION 1.16 ONLY WITH 1.16_fix
4. REPLACE FIRMWARE VERSION 1.18 ONLY WITH 1.18_fix
5. REPLACE FIRMWARE VERSION 1.21 ONLY WITH 1.18_fix
6. DO NOT REPLACE FIRMWARE VERSION 1.23, I DON'T HAVE FIRMWARE VERSION 1.23

IF YOU REPLACE FIRMWARE VERSION WITH WRONG VERSION A "SCANNER ERROR" OCCURS AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS WHICH MEANS YOUR SCANNER MATRIX IS BURNED OUT AND MUST BE REPLACED

I HAVE SAMSUNG SCX 4300 I HAVE DONE ALL THING THAT IS WRITTEN IN THIS SITE FOR CHIP RESET BUT TILL GOT THE ERROR MASSAGE "TONER EXHAUSTED REPLACE TONER" WHAT TO DO.

All you have to do is to replace the toner cartridge with a new one and make sure the cartridge is genuine to prevent toner errors.

In Samsung scx-4300 display Toner exhausted the machine will stop to prevent serious pollution or breakdown of the machine.
Replace the toner cartridge with a new one and make sure it is genuine to prevent toner errors.

Toner exhasted error in samsung scx-4300 .how to re solve without new toner.

When toner exhausted error comes up, To prevent serious pollution or breakdown of printer, the printer stops printing.Replacing the toner cartridge with
another one will solve the problem. If you have another toner, not necessarily a new one, try to change it with the old one and then try it to print. if it persists, then you may need to get a new toner.
