Hello,
Auto Rotation
  1. To open the Notification Panel, swipe down from the top of the screen.
  2. To stop the rotation, touch Auto rotate in the Quick Setting Panel.
  3. Depending on the screen orientation when touching the Auto rotate icon, the icon changes the screen to either Landscape or Portrait.

Why did my Fire (5th Generation suddenly stop going from portrait to landscape (and vice versa) when I tilt the device? How do I get it back?

go to settings, then "touch on display", then touch "when device is rotated", a screen should pop up, touch on "rotate contents of screen", it should now rotate.

When i turn my tablet it will not turn from portrait to landscape

Devices can be different, but check your Settings. Find Display. Make sure "Auto rotate screen" is checked. Or sometimes it may be as simple as powering the device off then back on.

My screen on my tablet won't rotate and it's turned on in settings and notifications

Try going to Settings - Display and making sure you have Auto rotate enabled.... also settings - Accessibility might have the option as well, then turn tablet off completely for 1 minute then power on!

How do I change the reading manual ?

If the text is landscape and you want it portrait (or vice-versa) you must unlock the screen. Then when you have it in the position you want you can lock it again. Quoting from the onscreen manual,

"Swipe down from the top of the screen to see Quick Settings. From here, you can access volume, brightness, wireless options, or tap More to see other settings.
  • Locked/Unlocked: Tap to lock or unlock the screen rotation on your Kindle Fire HD. You can lock the screen to keep it from rotating when you tilt the device."

Auto rotate

Sometimes there is a second option called screen lock that keeps the screen from rotating even though you have auto rotate checked. Check thru your setting to see if you can find this.

I want to delete IOS 7.0.4

You've locked rotation. In portrait (home button at bottom) position changed rotation lock switch at right edge (top switch). You'll see Locked/Unlocked icon on the screen. Facebook has privacy settings that allow users to prevent comments or likes on their timeline. You've encountered one.

Do you have Windows 10? As there may be an issue with screen rotation.

However to check your settings:
  1. Place the tablet into Pad/Tablet mode.
  2. Click the Start menu and select Settings.
  3. Click System.
  4. Click Display.
  5. Scroll down and check the status of Lock rotation of this display .
