Works on Zanussi ZBF 660 X Built In Oven.

To remove door:

Not sure if you still need to get your oven door off still but I have the same oven and have spent the last several hours trying to remove it and searching the web to discover how to remove it until I have just discovered a wonderful video tutorial on YouTube www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSzc4Uqbbr8
that discribes exactly how to do it (just copy and paste it into your address bar.
It is the fourth and final instruction in the video but it really is easy.
The hinge is a latching over system type that folds back into the glass apparently.
Just get a screwdriver and where the end of the hinge dissappears into the housing of the oven just flick up the hinge with the screwdriver and the locking mechanism folds back towards you and the glass.
Once both are done just jiggle and pull up the door and it will remove easily....godsend!

How do I get the inside glass panel back onto the door?

You will find sets of screws ether on the outside edge of the door OR on the inside panel. You can NOT! use any glue to "seal" the Glass this will make everything smell like the sealant you picked to use. your door was probably used as a resting spot for something heavy and caused the doors skin to be bent OR when you Cleaned the oven with the clean feature it caused the door to warp. Your option is to get a replacement part to fix the problem you can stop by any appliance parts shop and ask them what the best thing to do is and/or buy the part there you can "pull the door" off the hinges by lifting the door straight up at you and take the part to the stop for help and or replacement

The inner glass door on my zanussi oven has come

You should be able to repair your existing door. Have a look around the perimeter of the door to see if there are any screws, particularly near the handle. You are looking to take the front fascia off the door, so that you can access the inside. Most doors have the front fascia held on by small brackets glued to the back of the glass that clip on to a fixing on the internal door. The top of the fascia is normally held in place by the handle. Once you have the front of the door off you can retrieve the piece of glass that has fallen out. You will almost certainly find that the glass has come away from the adhesive that was used to hold it in place. You will need to clean up the glass and the metal door and re-stick the glass using a high temperature oven door glue

I need to clean between glass plate and oven door on my Zanussi electric cooker. I have drips where I've wiped the door over, also there is dust in between. Model ZBF 360W, Serial 61705615, Prod. No....

Hi,

The following worked on my zbf360x built in Zanussi.
First you need to remove the oven door. To do this open the door half way. On each hinge there are two small metal flaps. Lift both of these. Now with the door still half open pull hard on the door. You will find the hinges spring and if you release the pull now it will just spring back. When the hinges spring give an extra hard pull on one side and then the other each hinge should pop out.
Once you have the door off just remove the small screws on the bottom of the door to allow it to hinge open and clean the inside glass.

Hope this helps,

Broken glass door

Depends on the model, check the link below to see if the glass alone is available, if it is not , that means that this is sealend inside the door.

In that case replace the whole door, or the oven wont bake evenly anymore.

See : Enter model number here to find assembly diagrams and parts.
