It doesn't print .all ink is fine, says printer not responding but all working fine ,only it keeps showing amber light after it is on 2 flashs of green then amber and several amber flashs ,please help

I have seven amber lights flicking. I know that this means a problem with the print head but what do I do about it? I've taken out the colour cartiriges and the balck tray they fit into but it doesn't help.

Printer had been disconected and off for a period of time. When I reconnected itwould not resopnd. The green light comes on then goes to seven amber flashes. Hi Good day!! did you try to print other documents? if yes try to restart your print spooler Click Start- Setting- Control panel- administrative tools- services now you should be on services box find the "Print spooler" click Print spooler and then restart it by click stop and then start reply to me for further assistant if my solution did not work thanks
Follow this procedure: 1. Turn off printer 2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button. 3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go. 4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go. 5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking. 6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times. 7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more. 8. Your printer should respond as normal.

4 blinks is a purge unit error, that's the device that the printhead parks on on the right. Could be just a paper scrap inside, or the gears are worn out. The replacement includes the entire print engine and costs more than a new printer to replace.
5 flashes indicates a faulty printhead or possibly a problem with the p/head contacts. Try removing the head which is easier if you take the cartridges out first(no tools required) and re-seat it having checked the contacts for dirt.
If that doesn't work it may be that the waste ink tank is full. Try this ...

Hi , to remove ink from ink mat , need to look for used injection cyrene , to suck up used ink , suck ink until no ink to take , just enject to mat reverse injection put in a clean jar , wear rubberized glove.

Same green then amber (7 flashes) problem. All ink is full and checked print head? Why all of a sudden is it not printing?
