The dispenser needle valve is not seating properly and correctly causing it to be rinsing and also the aid to be leaking out water.

Tub to Pump Hose

If the washer is leaking water the hose from the tub to the pump might be split or torn. Don't try to cut off the bad piece of hose and stretch it to fit the pump, this will put strain on the remainder of the hose and may cause a sudden and complete failure of the hose which will dump potentially hundreds or thousands of gallons of water onto the floor because the next time the washer tries to fill all of the water will end up on the floor and so the washer will never shut off the valve. Drain Hose

If the washer is leaking water check the drain hose. The most common places for the hose to spring a leak is from the connection to the pump out to the back of the washer. Another common occurrence is when the washer gets pushed too far back against the wall.

The first part is that you need to check at the following for leaks.

1. Check for leak from the inlet due to poor water connection. check leak at the inlet valve.
2. Check for leak from the tub.
3. Check for leak from the drain pump/valve or the drain hose.

The second part is not clear but a connection for water and an outlet for drain is needed.( make/model not seen.)

It could be the o-ring on this model. There is a seal on these pool filters that looks like a rubber ring inside the lid. You might need to replace this ring if your pump is leaking here.

Leak maybe coming from the tub (higher level water) need to take the shell off the machine to see where exactly it is leaking from

Dishwasher likely has leaked into drip pan underneath. Unfortunately, you need to remove dishwasher and flip onto back and remove 3 phillips screws that hold drip pan in place. Install "leak kit" to correct leak problem with this model of dishwasher. Part number is 154769101

This model is OLD , time to get a new one
