Lexmark 4300 we have a lexmark 4300 printer, but the imaging studio is not showing. We have reloaded the programme, but are still unable to access the printer via the computer, that is we cannot scan photos, etc., although we can print documents. The shortcut icon is also not available. Please help.

    I have Lexmark 4350 all in one. But I have problem to install software to my vista laptop. I donot know how to open Lexmark imaging studio for scanning & printing. Please give me proper support.

    I have a lexmark 5650 all in one printer the short cut.will not work . I can not scan or use any of the photo features. the error I recieve is the App4r,exe file cannot be found

Are you on Vista or XP operating system ?

Lexmark web site has updated drivers for both.
I am using a p4350 on vista, I downloaded the vista driver from Lexmark, it works but Imaging studio doesn't seem to.
However use 'Paint' to scan and don't forget to select or make the P4300 the default printer.

The problem is don´t work the the icon "Lexmark imaging studio", but if you open the panel of control, and then scaners and cameras, you see a icon "lexmark 4300", if don´t have the icon, get the driver in web page https://ediagnostics.lexmark.com/ediag/launch.jsp and install in automatic...

I used to get the photo imaging studio.now it shows an error.
I assume the"studio" is included with the printer? A complete uninstall and reinstall of the printer drivers and program will probably correct this. Remember to restart the computer after the uninstall. It may be recommended to do the install with Antivirus disabled... check your manual.

About Imaging Studio program for lexmark p6350
hi..

The printer drivers found on the lexmark website sometimes include the imaging studio scan software included in it... you may try downloading the complete drivers for your operating system.

You may download the P6350 drivers at the following link:

I LOST MY INSTALLATION DISC FOR LEXMARK IMAGING STUDIO AND WISH TO INSTALL ON MY NEW COMPUTER. I'VE TRY TO ACCESS FROM LEXMARK.COM AND AM UNABLE TO FIND THE CORRECT DOWNLOAD. PLEASE ADVISE.
Here is a link for the printer drivers. It is a fairly large file, but I don't know if it has the Imaging Studio included. It looks like they are not supporting this printer any longer.

Printer cannot retrieve application form
I had same problem on windows vista. The imaging studio used to work on Win XP but not on Vista. I tried the CD that comes with the printer and downloaded the driver from lexmark. In the end I foind that:
In explorer go to c:\drivers\printer\4300\applications and click on the setup.exe file. It finishes the install and then the next time you go to start, programs, lexmark center you get the full drop list of the All in1, imaging studio, photo center etc.

Having problems installing Lexmark 4300 imaging studio. The Lexmark Solutions Centre has installed OK
I had Lemark 4300 Imaging studio installed on my old Windows XP laptop. I have tried to install on my new Acer Aspire 8730G Windows Vista laptop without success. I have downloaded driver updates but still not successful, solution welcomed.

Lexmark 2500 wont upload on computor
Go to your control panel (found via start and then settings) and then go to add/remove programs make sure everything to do with your lexmark is gone. If not then remove it via this area. Then go to Start/settings and then printers make sure your lexmark is not in there either. If it is remove it from there. Start your install again after a reset of the computer and you should be in business.
