The camera doesnt want to open. - Kodak EasyShare M1073 IS Digital Camera

This was just answered, need to stop posting same questions multiple time !!!!!!!!

if it doesnt open just push it back softly may be it stuck so it gets released.

Here are the steps:

1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged

battery/batteries into your camera.

2. Clean the battery contacts.

a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from

your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft,

clean cloth.
b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera

3. Without the memory card,turn on your camera.

ccd doesnt good

first my camera does not open when i try to turn it on now it doesnt even power on

I would get in touch with sony ericsson you can find there number on google or if it is new it should have it on the box they are open 24 7 i think hope it helps :)

Maybe your computer doesn't have enough space for the cd

Try these procedures.

normally there are two possible causes for the problem, 1) the connectors of the rotary switch are dirty or not making proper contact. 2) the cable from the rotary switch is damaged. In both the cases you have to get the swith changed.
