Hi Mary with Dish Network Customer Service. Are you getting an error message? One of the easiest fixes for signal issues is to reset the receiver box (Unplug the power cord for 10 seconds, then let it reboot). You might want to check all the cable connections from where the Satellite comes into the room and up to the receiver box.
