You air conditioning system is designed as an entire unit. All the parts were selected to work together.
The condenser fan motor has been selected to match system voltage, provide enough horsepower and RPM to spin the a fan with "x" number of fan blades with fan blade pitch or angle that will pull enough air across the condenser coil to cool the hot refrigerant gas enough so that by the time it reaches the expansion valve it will be in the ideal temperature range to provide maximum cooling in the evaporator coil.
Changing components with unlike replacements creates strain, inefficient cooling and potentially early failure of parts.
I would guess that the motor is pulling to many amps, it could be to small (not the horse power as should be), could be bad incorrect fan blade (to many blades or pitch on blades) over loading the motor. I have seen fan motors get to hot and stop from a dirty coil. Take a garden hose and a nozzle use a solid stream carefully watching the fins don't bend by high water pressure. Throughly clean the coil every inch or it. Hope this helps.
This is a part number.46 inch (three blade) 18 HP TMO 3400005A
MTD makes these mowers. You should be able to use those part
numbers to purchase replacements. You can find online at the mtd web
site,or Lowe`s and wal mart sell those,or at least some of those parts.
Hi, if you are speaking of the condenser fan motor outdoors, and you need a new prop for it, most wholesale places sale these only. But, take it off and find a appliance parts only house so they can match it up. The pitch of the blades have to be correct, and make sure you have the right rotation. The blades are made to scoop up the air and pull it through the outdoor coil. Some times you can go to a wholesale parts house and they will sell to you. I have done it in the past before I got my contractors license. Good Luck, Shastalaker7 A/C, & Heating Contractor
F-6 High discharge coil temp. due to over charged /condenser coil blockage/less rpm of fan motor in out door/non-condensable gas.
Purge out over charged gas/clean condenser coil/Replace fan capacitor./Release all gas and flush out the system, replace filter drier and vacumise & do gas charging.
I purchased a universal remote CHUNGHOP K-1028E on ebay for this unit but the bad news is it only does basic functions and its in Celius. Functions that work On/off heat cool wind/fan speed mode Led light 3 flap settings
code is 348 and 453
I also have a harmony one remote and tried learning the original remote functions but doesn't really work properly GOOD LUCK
Stick a small weight to the end of one of the fan blades with some sellotape , run the fan , if the noise gets worse transfer the weight to another blade.
When the fan is running quietly go to the blade opposite to the one with the weight on and drill out a 10mm hole in the material.
Take the weight off and check for balance if it is still out drill another smaller hole in the blade till you get a balance
Drill the holes a the tip of the blade so that you get the best effect from the removal of material
