Salam we i power on it the vertically and horizently lines shows in different colors the background screen appear fro behind these lines and laptop on after an hour some time within 2 hours but when it on then there will be no problem plz sir suggest me what to do i m student i cant purchase new one but i m doing MBA n i have to make assignments and presentation daily so coz of these problems its giving me tension plz plz help me

Unplug it,then wait 10 minutes,then plug it back in.

The problem is the LCD panel went bad, it can't be repaired, you have to replace it.

Take out battery from laptop and disconnect power cable. Keep the power button pressed for 30 seconds and then plug the power cable. This will remove static charge from laptop and should resolve the display issue,

In some cases, there are minor defects in some parts of the screen. Points that do not light, points with
brightness different from that of the periphery, or points with color different from that of the periphery.
Some pixels will always be on or always off. Please note that this is not a malfunction. So what this says is that it's not the Plasma Cell problem, its more like a bad board inside. You will need more info like schematic and find out which area the bad part is in.

i think this is the called picture in jail. this might be due to 1 power supply reg.poor or filter cap dry. 2 loose or dry joint nera hor. output section or capacitor in eht section.

Sounds like one of the panels is going bad or atleast has developed a problem. below are some tricks you can try to lessen the annoyance of the line. Dual-Scan STN displays are composed of 2 panels behind a single protective panel or screen. Because you are looking through the protective screen the display appears to be one large panel even though it is not. There is a physical separation line (gap) at the point where the two panels meet. When the computer is on and being viewed it is not unusual to see the visible separation line with the Dual-Scan STN displays. The line, actually the fine gap between the display panels, appears because the color and light pixels cannot run along the very outside edges of the panels. This line (gap) between the panels can be seen as a fine gray line and is most noticeable when viewing on a screen with a white or light background. Note the line may not be as noticeable when the screen is displaying certain colors or darker backgrounds. SUGGESTIONS: It is not possible to completely eliminate the line but there are some things you can try to reduce it's visibility. 1) Lower the display brightness/contrast. The brighter the backlight the more noticeable the line. 2) Use Wallpapers and Screen savers that use darker colors. 3) In the Control Panel/Display applet under appearance try different combinations of color schemes for your Window and Background choice Let me know what happens.
