Hello, I am having problems with my Dell 3100MP projector. When I try to turn it on buttons on top start blinking green but projector's bubl is not turning on. Lights are blinking until the cord is removed from socket. I am can not turn off projector using ON/OFF button on top or with remote control. I am not sure if the actual problem is with bulb. I changed the setting for color heat and got the right colors on the screen. The color is now perfect!!!

have almost the same problem. lamp light turned on-->replaced the bulb, now when you turn it on tryies to boot and then the lamp light is on again (but the bulb is brand new).... and no light at all coming out of thing... I guess dell just don't know how to built projectors right way.... and theirs tech support guys are.... they just don't know about projectors more then manual

Make sure you have the right input source selected. It may be looking for a signal from some input other than the one you're connected to. Beyond that, if it truly isn't seeing the input then you'll need to have the projector serviced.

The fuse is a short round maroon colored part to the left of the power plug looking at the power supply module from the direction that you would connect the cord to. it is labeled F1 and it is a 4a 250v. This is not the problem with my power supply though. I suspect one of the components under the heatsink is bad.
as you all know don't bother calling dell.

I have a DELL 1800MP projector & when I try to turn it on the light blinks for a while then turns off??? Any idea of how to fix this??
