You can download the software like VLC player to listen songs and videos or you need to download the songs and videos you download from torrentz file and install then you can download the songs and videos

The player should have came with a usb connection cable as well as a CD with the software on it. The easiest way would be to install the software on your computer and then connect the player to your computer. Once connected, open up the program and it should load all of the songs.

Is it an iPod? If so the songs may be loaded incorrectly. You need to have iTunes installed on your computer. It's a free download from Apple. Load your CD's into iTunes or buy songs from the Apple iTunes Music Store. Then you need to do a 'Restore'. Connect your iPod with the cable that came with it to the USB port on your computer. In iTunes, click and (Restore). This will rebuild all the software on the iPod and restore your songs.

is this player being recognized by windows? you should be able to open my computer and see your MP3 Player and then just drag your songs to it. Have you installed the software that came with your player. Check the manufacturers website and see if there is a new updated version, driver for your player. I have a Zen from creative and I am able to just plug me player into my computer and drag the songs I want to the player without using the creative software.

You shouldn't need the specific software that came with your lyra -- I've used rhapsody, but you should be able to use itunes, windows media player, etc. to load songs. The easiest way is to just drag/drop your album folders under the Music folder on your lyra, disconnect from the computer and you should be good to go.

the software it only to tranfer and converted media into the portable device. to tranfer just click on add media then select the video that will be tranfer automatic. to load music onto the mp3 there are two ways using mediaplayer 10 or media player 11 will just work fine. another way it by selecting start then select my computer then u will see the portable device conected click on the device u will see files just ass photo,videos, music drop a drag the files onto music. hope this solve ur problem enjoy.
