Reads verizon network sporadically. often reads extended network and drops calls.

Try to remove the battery and wait for few seconds before fixing it back then switch on the phone. If the problem continues, probably the mouth piece of the phone is bad and needs to be replaced. Hope this helps.

Don't use multiple routers in-line. Use just the one router connected to your ISP's modem, and then from there use Ethernet switches instead of routers. You're making a hash of your network by using dual NATs.

Go into the programming menu...Hit either menu 0 and then for service code '000000' OR hit ##77647268300 and press send then '000000'(depends on software version) then go to network settings and band preference, set that to 'Cell Only' and you'll be good to go. Some features like pix and flix msging or Get It Now may not work while in this mode

Call them and have them manually activate it, that is what I had to do. It's something to do with extended coverage...don't ask ha ha Good luck bud!

Surely you have had it for less than a year. Call your local support agent by dialing *611(verizon) or whatever number you use to access your customer support, tell them that the radio in the phone is defective and drops calls. Request them to warranty the phone by manufacturer. They will send you a new one in a box with return instructions. Fill out any information and ship your phone back. Before you do so there may be an agent of your wireless carrier in the area. Visit the store to have information transferred to your new phone.
