HI tkzn2003 dial *228 and then option 2. You need to let the phone reprogram. it tskes up to 2 mintues. Also pull the battery first then do the above mention. ok hope this help. Also you may need a software update on the phone take it to the nearest verizon corporate store to help you witth the software update.
