Sonance ASAP1 2 channel amp/switcher keeps blowing fuses. I'm using the 1A-250V slow burn fuses like it states on the rear panel. I plug it in and it instantly blows the fuse.

If fuzes burn out at connection to computer , that necessary to check:
1 Presence of the earth between body PC and amplifier.
2 Levels of the signal at the input amplifier must be minimum.

Toshiba 37E200U LCD television

T5.0AH 250V used in this TV is a ceramic fuse Time delayed (Slow-Blow) and the dimensions are probably: 5 mm (3/16 in) x 20 mm (3/4 in). You just measure the old one.

265W car charger blew a fuse (while using it on my Harley Sportster!) Some say replace it with 1A some say 3A. The # is LF.T1AH250VP, and by the way, what's up with 250V !!!!!

I would ignore the 250V. The concern is the current. I would not use a fuse higher than the one shipped with the unit. According to the PN you provided it is a 1A (amp) fast blow glass fuse.

Before replacing check the power line to make sure there is no short in it. Also if the cigarette lighter end gets wet it could blow.

Amp blows fuses Checked out OK: output transistors, power supply.

The fuses are there to protect the internals of the AMP.....
Please check that the correct fuses are installed......
if the incorrect ones are installed then a fire may develope...

There should be a manufacturers lable on the external chassis that details the fuses to use....

Fuses now days can be slow blow or fast blow....so the correct fuses must be used.....dont increase the fuse rating past the chassis panel label...but make sure they are correct...if they are correct then the amp needs a service to determine where the peak loadings to the power supply are originating from...

Some one may have installed incorrect fuses in the past...
