I just got a used Rival Seal-A-Meal model VS220. I need a manual so I can use it properly, but I can't find this particular model anywhere. Why is that? If unavailable, what model is sufficiently similar that a manual would be most helpful?

I've been told you can order replacement gaskets from Rival, about $6/set 1-800-557-4825 and $8 shipping, so may want to stock up (prices were quoted from 2012)
