You will need to replace the main drive motor assembly.
That stepper motor is a common fail item.
You have to remove the rear cover, the MFSYS and MCU board assembly to access that motor.

This is a problem dealing with the fixing assembly and the thermistors not reading the coorect temp in a specific amount of time. The only thing that can be done is to replace the fixing film assembly and is best done by a qualified service man. These fixing assemblies have to be taken completely apart to replace the film and maybe even the pressure roller and heat sink. Good Luck.
That is a main motor speed fault. You can try turning the machine off and taking the drum unit out and putting it back in and powering the machine back up.
You can pull the main drive motor and see if it is just sticky on the shafts, if not, replace the main motor.
F-11 like a Kenmore means communication error between the motor control and the main control. Check connections, unplug and replug computer connections and see if problem persists. I've seen cases where either board or even both can be bad.
You have to have the telugu fonts installed in the machine otherwise, the other work around, you have to make the Canon print as an image and not as a text.
